Customer Order Processor

Your tasks as Customer Order Processor:
- Ensuring and monitoring customer deliveries according to the forecast delivery schedule
- Daily dispatching of deliveries and shipments, compliance with the agreed target delivery performance
- Accepting, plausibility checking and dispatching of customer orders in SAP, including bottleneck control
- Intensive maintenance of customer contacts, communication with (international) customers regarding logistics topics
- Preparation of various analyses and statistics, working with online customer portals
Your profile as Customer Order Processor:
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on logistics
- Good communication skills, ability to work well in a team, ability to deal with customers in a professional manner
- Structured, flexible way of working as well as technical insight and understanding
- Good MS Office (Word/Excel/PP) and SAP skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
