Your new role – challenging and future oriented

  • Support and participate in internal audits, customer audits and third-party audits
  • Arrange activities in advanced product quality planning (APQP/PPAP)
  • Support in the overview of customer requirements and implementation in production process
  • Coordinate problem solving teams for resolving customer complaints
  • Provide full support in communication with customers
  • Provide assistance for computer aided quality tools (8D Universal Tool, SAP)
  • Implementation and compliance with appropriate occupational health and safety measures during and after performance of particular activities

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

  • High school or College degree in technical field
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer relations management or similar
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Proven organizational and planning skills
  • Commitment to improve own customer service skills on an ongoing basis
