For our office in Niš we are looking for a
Customer Relationship Manager (100%)
Your area of responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and client retention
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with clients
- Act as main point of contact for all client account management matters
- Resolve disputes and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare all needed resources for clients’ onboarding process, including working on marketing material that will be sent to clients
- Prepare reports on account status
- Meet targets and regular tasks with professionalism and motivation
- Be able to upsell or cross-sell products and services from our portfolio to existing clients
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new sales and growth opportunities
- Actively monitor clients’ needs and offer help
- Be available to clients via email, phone/Skype during their working hours
Your Profile
- Proven work experience as Account Manager, KAM (Key Account Manager) or other relevant role
- University degree in Economics or Business administration
- Experience in software sales is a huge plus
- Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Fluent English – spoken and written (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
- Proficient user of MS Office package
- High client-orientation skills, quality thinking
- Eagerness to work, resilience and confident manner
- Must be highly self-motivated and reliable
