What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Answering calls for UK marketing agencies as their online receptionist.
- Understanding caller needs and providing simple business information.
- Taking messages, booking appointments, and transferring calls to our clients.
- Summarize calls info in short call notes and send it to our clients via contact centre software.
- This is not like any other customer service position as you only need to be kind, communicative, and give simple business information. No endless phone calls, no stress, no annoyed callers.
For a great start, it's nice to have:
- High proficiency in spoken and written English (It is a must)
- Great spelling skills and telephone manner
- Kind and effective communication and listening skills
- Fast and accurate typing
- Ability to multitask (thinking on the fly)
- A positive, friendly, and cheerful attitude
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
