Requirements:
- At least one year of professional experience in Customer Service;
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English and German or French;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing professional, efficient, high quality service to the customers on day-to-day basis;
- Collaboration with all areas of the business where/when necessary to meet customer expectations;
- Ensuring compliance with department and legal procedures and take immediate and appropriate action when risks arise.
Candidate's profile:
- Previous long-standing business-to-business customer facing experience and strong customer orientation;
- Strong and effective communication skills: able to communicate clearly and concisely;
- Great interpersonal skills: capable of developing and maintaining positive customer and business relationships, and manage demanding customers;
- Consistent, positive attitude and deep customer service orientation.
