Customer Service Officer

Requirements:

• A university degree (maybe bachelor with a clear proven track record) with a couple of years of experience in either a similar industry
• Experiences with ordering (sales back-up) in serious production with wider range (diversity) of products
• Excellent language skills: English, other languages are an asset
• Able and willing to travel frequently and internationally, driving is a must
• Able and willing to be trained in Slovakia
• Knowledge of SAP, Google Suite and Salesforce is a benefit

Job description:

Target of CS Specialist is:

• Ensure correct entry of all orders, orientations and forecasts provided by the customer. Represent customers in-house in realizing the requested lead time (report KPIs like “on time deliveries”, “delays”)
• Realize all related communication to the customer with the goal to manage customer satisfaction and to manage turnover development
• Support Sales and provide reliable forecasting as basis for Headcount planning 

Other task/responsibilities:

• Turnover analysis and Forecasting
• Act as project coordinator in case of ramp-up of new customers/projects ensuring timely execution of all customer related actions.
• Establish a sustainable and personal relationship to procurement and related departments at the customer
• Define solutions with the customer in case of delivery problems
• Ask regularly for customer satisfaction feedback, document supplier ratings and awards
• Introduce and strictly follow up defined MOQ rules (from offer), small volume pricing guidelines, defined new customer qualification processes
• Ensure internal and external credit limit coverage
• Track and control correct pricing based on defined copper models
