We work with truckers to coordinate the pickup and delivery of cars. We offer a work-from-home work environment.
Job description:
- Answering calls and being in touch with both customers and carriers on a daily basis, providing excellent customer support while maintaining good relationships with carriers
- Represent our brand and build lasting relationships with customers, listen to their needs
- Use company tools to follow our procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience working in Customer Service is a preference
- Advanced computer skills, multitasking between different online systems
- Proactive: You are a fast problem solver, attentive to getting the job done
- Adaptive: You can work in a fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats
- Empathetic: You are an active listener, you are detail oriented but you can also see a bigger picture
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
- Full-Time Job: 40 Hours a week minimum (two days off per week)
