CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB SCOPE

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond to real-time inbound phone/chat/email/social media inquiries
  • Comply with set standards of customer service (e.g. quality of speech, call attendance, emails, handling queues, etc.) to ensure customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent knowledge of our products and services in order to provide accurate, valid and complete information
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Maintain data protection and confidentiality for both staff and customers
  • Take the initiative to continuously enhance technical skills
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

  • Outstanding fluency in English
  • Fluency in other languages is a big plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided to you
  • Ability to independently research information via the internet
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Comfortable using computers
