Customer Service Representative

Belgrade

Job description: 

  • Provides 24/7 support to First Data's clients predominantly from West SEE Region (Slovenia and Croatia)
  • May receive and respond to customer service inquires via phone, fax, or email
  • Uses established procedures, but have the ability to deviate when needed, and requires only general supervision
  • Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
  • Working in shifts

Job requirements: 

  • Excellent knowledge of Slovenian language (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy
  • Verbal Communication and Phone Skills
  • Team player
  • Intuitive and Informing
  • Customer Focus, Customer Service
  • Can manage conflict situations over the phone
  • Can perform two or more tasks at the same time
