Customer Service Representative

Novi Sad, Subotica

Essential Knowledge/Experience

  • C1/C2 level of English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Readiness to work in shifts (including night shifts)
  • Multitasking
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure

Optional, but big plus:

  • Previous experience in similar positions is an advantage:
  • Social media responsiveness experience
  • Worked with VoIP software
  • Blind typing (US keyboard)
  • MS Office package

Job Description:

  • Answering inbound phone calls, emails and livechat
  • Helping with customer inquiries
  • Resolving any problem that customers might have
  • Creating sales orders
  • Follow up with sales orders and shipments
  • Communicating with our warehouses and our suppliers
