Customer Service Representatives for German language
Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be interacting with German speaking customers in order to assist them with inquiries about products or orders, handling and resolving complaints, as well as dealing with record keeping and basic accounting information in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and make calls, chat live or answer e-mails regarding orders or products while viewing and updating account information
- Assist customers in purchasing items via the Internet
- Research and resolve inquiries via payment systems and other media to respond to customer requests
- Keep track of records in the system - elementary administration and bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Fluency in German language
- Active use of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office and Internet environment
- Attention and patience, good listening skills
- Articulate and confident manner
- Friendly, responsible and engaging personality
