The Customer Care Team embodies this work by taking care of our customers and tackling the issues they encounter with elegance and grace. We build fun relationships with our customers, who are mostly digital marketing agencies, dev companies, or any combination of the two. For us, success is helping customers be even more amazing at their jobs than they were before they talked to us.

Your job

As an ActiveCollab Customer Success Agent, you’ll be making presentations with skill and confidence to demonstrate the value of ActiveCollab. Your job will be to evoke customer’s reactions and feedback in order to understand their needs better. You’ll be analysing numerical data, verbal data and all other sources of information with the main goal to come up with the best solution for the customer.

Your typical day includes:

• Understanding user’s needs by monitoring and analysing their interaction with software.
• Coaching new and existing users through the fundamentals of using their ActiveCollab accounts and our product.
• Tailoring and recommending the best offering to the user based on their needs.
• Keeping in touch with the user making sure they get the maximum value.

You must be:

• A native or near-native English speaker. Basically, when you talk, a person from the U.S. doesn’t pick up on it. And when you write, it’s not robo-speak or academic mumbo jumbo.
• Tech-savvy. You live and breathe everything IT. You have great mastery of apps and digital tools. You’ve been a touch typist since you were 5.
• Communicative. You’re a proactive conversation starter. You thrive when talking to others and use humor appropriately to enhance relationships with others. You express information and key points of an argument clearly and you project credibility.
• Persuasive. You could sell a rock to someone you never met and make them feel good about it. Selling benefits is like a game to you. And getting a “no” only makes things more interesting.
• Emphatic. You have a deep understanding of how others think and feel. You’ve probably worked as a teacher, writer, support agent, social worker, or fitness instructor. You never ever judge others.
• Team player. You enjoy sharing knowledge and contributing to a greater whole. You’re super nice and occasionally bake a cake for your teammates.
