We are currently seeking a proactive and independent Customer Success Specialist to join our team in support of our US-based partner company. Our partner company is a content distribution platform that connects brands and publishers, creating new ways to reach audiences through engaging content.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with account management and newsroom teams to ensure outstanding service to the external customers. You’ll play a key role in the on-time delivery of products and the resolution of client issues, while also contributing to the enhancement of the customer support processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support, responding promptly and professionally to customers through various communication channels (email, slack, zoom, phone)
- Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely submissions and resolution of issues
- Monitor customer statuses for on-time deliveries
- Create client-facing materials and presentations
- Update internal trackers for accurate records (Hubspot, ClickUp)
- Escalate client issues or questions to appropriate teams
- Maintain customer interaction records and perform data entry tasks
- Identify opportunities for improving workflow for enhancing the client experience
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with ClickUp
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with online media or related industries, SEO knowledge (Ahrefs), CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce) - plus
