Customer Success Specialist

We are currently seeking a proactive and independent Customer Success Specialist to join our team in support of our US-based partner company. Our partner company is a content distribution platform that connects brands and publishers, creating new ways to reach audiences through engaging content. 

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with account management and newsroom teams to ensure outstanding service to the external customers. You’ll play a key role in the on-time delivery of products and the resolution of client issues, while also contributing to the enhancement of the customer support processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support, responding promptly and professionally to customers through various communication channels (email, slack, zoom, phone)
• Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely submissions and resolution of issues
• Monitor customer statuses for on-time deliveries
• Create client-facing materials and presentations
• Update internal trackers for accurate records (Hubspot, ClickUp)
• Escalate client issues or questions to appropriate teams  
• Maintain customer interaction records and perform data entry tasks
• Identify opportunities for improving workflow for enhancing the client experience

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with ClickUp
• Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with online media or related industries, SEO knowledge (Ahrefs), CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce) - plus
