Customer Support - Forex Broker

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a customer support person in our international team
- Respond to client’s requests by phone, live chat and email
- Maximize the retention and trading volume of current clients
- Reports to the superior, providing regular updates on all account activity
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant business experience in capital markets industry (forex experience will be a big plus)
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
- Knowledge of German and/or Spanish language would be an advantage
- Familiarity with major FX retail platforms such as Meta Trader 4 and CTrader
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or similar would be an advantage
- Excellent MS Office, Internet use and business correspondence
- Client-oriented, ready to help clients respectfully, in a friendly manner
Remuneration:
We offer competitive base salary, negotiable.
