Customer Service Officer (French language)

Your responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Officer at Viselio you are responsible for the interaction with our French speaking clients. You advise our customers on their visa requirements and guide them through the application process. You solve any irregularities swiftly and in a friendly manner. With your competent and friendly service, you will ensure that our customers have a pleasant and trouble-free experience.
In addition to above mentioned tasks, you support various projects on an as-needed-basis.
You bring:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- The ability grasp problems quickly and to come up with a great solution
- A strong self-cautious personality with a “can do attitude”
- Great analytical skills, a sense for structures and processes with a passion for details
- Good ICT knowhow and passionate about digital technology
- Previous experience in a start-up environment (desired)
And finally
- Patience, grace and a great sense of humour
Requirements
- Fluency in French (min. C1)
- Fluency in English (company language), German desired
