We are looking for a:
Customer Support Representative
(French-speaking)
Novi Sad
Role responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries through customer Support software (1st line of support);
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Keeping track of support tickets and timely communication to appropriate parties.
Your Skills:
- You speak English and French fluently;
- You like to talk to clients and teammates;
- You are used to working on the computer (internet, Office, Zendesk);
- You like to work, and you are optimistic;
- You are service-oriented and customer support is important to you;
- You like to learn;
- You like to complete your tasks by EOD.
