We are looking for a:
Customer Support Representative (German speaking)
- managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries through customer support software
- identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- keeping track of support tickets and timely communication to appropriate parties
- you speak English and German fluently
- you like to talk to clients and teammates
- you are used to working on the computer (internet, Office, Zendesk)
- you like to work, and you are optimistic
- you are service oriented and customer support is important to you
- you like to learn
- you like to complete your tasks by EOD
