Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support
- Excellent knowledge of Italian language, both spoken and written (fluent)
- Good knowledge of English language
Main responsibilities:
- Providing professional, efficient, high quality service to the customers on day-to-day basis;
- Collaboration with all areas of the business where/when necessary to meet customer expectations;
Candidate's profile:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at multitasking
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
