For our Client, multinational company, we are seeking motivated and proactive candidate for the following position based in Belgrade:
Customer Support Specialist (Slovenian)
Responsibilities:
- Providing to customers all information in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Update and maintain internal databases with all data regarding customers and their requires
- Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify customer service issues and suggest improvements
- Close cooperation with other departments within company
Candidate’s profile:
- Minimum secondary education (IV degree)
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred
- Fluent in Serbian and Slovenian
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Customer - oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Polite and kind person
