We are seeking a customer support specialist for our luxury transportation and hospitality client division. Our clients are the leaders in creating flawless travel experiences with extraordinary service. The position will be to communicate with clients, suppliers, and other team members to provide world-class service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with, and advising clients and fulfilling their travel needs through chat-based software, email, or via phone
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-focused/customer service role for 2+ years
- Must be comfortable using computers, ticketing type systems, previous experience with booking or reservations systems a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients verbally and in writing - fluent in English is MUST
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail combined with good business judgment
- Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment and experience working within a remote environment is a PLUS
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs
- Must live IN Serbia to qualify for this position
