On behalf of our client, a large multinational company, HR Partners is searching for:
Customs Officer
Location: Zrenjanin
Main Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the paper work of incoming and outcoming of company (custom procedure)
- Support Purchase, Sales, Shipping, Finance departments of company for import and Export
- Coordinate the activity of the 3rd party warehouse for import and export trough fiscal representative of company in Italy
- Daily relationship with Suppliers and Customers;
- Daily relationship with Fiscal Representative of the Company in EU
- Organization and Management of receiving RM / Packaging / Tools from Suppliers to Serbia;
- Organization and Management of shipment of Finish Goods from Serbia to final Customers and related Returns of Packaging;
- Monitoring of Customs regulations, acting in compliance with existing regulations;
- Responsibility for customs clearance of imported equipment, raw materials, tools;
- Carrying out customs clearance and all other procedures to reduce taxes and other company expenses for Export
- Preparation of documentation for customs procedures;
- Daily updating, filing and proper keeping of business documents;
- Communication with the Company and the institutions regarding import and export
Requirements
- Experience in similar jobs (preference is given to candidates with 3+ years of experience)
- Fluent in English (Italian and/or German is a plus)
- Graduate in economics or related occupation
Skills
- Knowledge of Custom Rule for Import and Export (Long Term declaration; EUR 1, EUR Med; Custom Clearance etc.)
- Knowledge of EU/Serbia trade Agreements
- Knowledge of Shipping Procedures/Management; organization of Shipments
- Good Communication Skills
- Proactive/Problem Solving
- Microsoft Office package (Excel, PPT, Word)
