To support our team at the new manufacturing plant in Novi Sad we are currently looking for:

DBS Coordinator

Essential requirements:

University degree;
Good English knowledge;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Teamwork;

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Be a member of DBS (Delphi Business System)/EOS (Enterprise Operating System) Audit Coordinators EU; team working with DBS/EOS Audit manager EEA EMEA;
Coordinate local DBS team consisting of all swimlanes in the site;
Be responsible for local document control, managing local DBS documentation starting with creation until publishing and distribution, ensuring local DBS; documents are in line with global / EU DBS documents
Act as counter part of DBS / EOS Audit Coordinator EU and is responsible for DBS global / EU notifications in the location;
Prepare, organize and deliver necessary DBS trainings in the site;
Report DBS implementation status to site management.
Maintain MSD (Manufacturing Support Documents) Database;
Perform internal EOS Audits (if qualified) according to Annual Audit Plan and complete necessary reporting and follow up of findings;
Coordinate corrective action planning of internal / external EOS audits performed in the site;
Coordinate records management process in the site;
