Why do we need you?
Because of exponential growth in the enterprise sector, TradeCore is opening up a Professional Services department within the company. The goal of the Professional Services department is to help our enterprise customers get features that help them maximize their revenue, as well as provide assistance with boarding and customizations.
As a Delivery Manager, your main objective will be to lead a customer-focused team of developers, QAs and business analysts, while ensuring deliveries meet deadlines and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include reporting to internal stakeholders and maintaining good relations with our customers.
To be successful in your role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience building and managing development teams
- Experience with fixed delivery dates and estimation processes
- An extensive process set up and optimization knowledge
- Strong people management skills
It will be considered a plus if you have:
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Work experience in a SaaS company
- Technical Background
