Main responsibilities:
- Participation in design and implementation of Digital transformation strategy
- Creating operational framework for digital marketing
- Create solutions for complete UX on all available and new channels including website, m-bank, e-bank, ATM, self-service machines in branches, client portal
- Integration of all communication channels with existing bank system and CRM
- Projects coordination, specifications and dataflow design, communication with related parties within the bank (IT, Organization, Communication, Products, etc.) and external (vendors and partners)
- Opening new possibilities in cooperation with Universities, start-ups
- Propose and realize solutions for relevant Reports development and automation
- Alignment of digital processes and data structure with GDPR
- Support and training for team members
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in same or similar jobs
Skills
- Good knowledge of digital landscape and innovation
- Grasp of digital marketing techniques
- Excellent knowledge of Web and Social networks
- Project management experience
- Creative thinking and ability to learn
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
