Your contribution to something big:

► Responsible for 1st level Support for users of Digital Content Chain Application (Product Information, Media assets)
► Routing of tickets to 2nd level support (external)
► Create overview of tickets, assure that they are addressed, documented and followed up (inside Jira)
► Training of users of application
► Creation of training material / documentation
► Support testing activities of new applications and new versions

What distinguishes you:

► University degree, preferable in IT field
► Excellent communication skills
► Experience in 1st level support and work in international environment
► Familiar with Jira or other tracking tools
► Ability to deliver trainings
► Experience with Product information management tools is considered as an advantage
