Digital Marketing Specialist
to support our growth and various activities in the marketing field in Belgrade
We market our own products (Premium Best-Selling WordPress plugins), and web app development services through a variety of channels including content marketing, online advertisement, sponsored posts, etc.
Digital Marketing Specialist will be leading the initiative together with the expert Agencies in the field. This is a great opportunity for the future Digital Marketing Manager to grow, learn and take over the leadership role in the following activities.

What you will do
- Work together with management on defining the branding and marketing vision and strategy for products and services (niches, target audiences, geographies, etc.).
- Preparing marketing plans for the products and services.
- Creating and leading the inbound lead generation by using the appropriate content as lead magnets and by improving the overall organic visibility of the website for the company and our products.
- Experimenting, A/B testing and finding the best marketing and advertising channels for each niche for each product.
- Measuring KPIs for each channel, optimizing the ads budget.
- Finding and coordinating external partners for strategies implementation (ads publishers, content writers, advertising agencies).
- Planning and implementation of different promotions.
What the position requires
- Fluent spoken and written English is required as the target audience is English-speaking (65%+ US).
- University degree in Social, Technology, Economics or Organizational studies.
- Excellent writing skills (for emails marketing campaigns, website and sales toolkit content), good feeling of well written and ‘native feeling’ text)
- Good usage of Windows Office, search engines and the web in general. Quick learner of new apps tools to automate and support the inbound and outbound lead generation process (like CRM, MailChimp, MixMax, etc.)
- Good knowledge and understanding of Google tools and services like Google Drive, Analytics, Keyword Planner, AdWords.
- Passionate, interested in challenges and professional growth.
- Well-organized, ability to plan & implement different marketing tactics.
- Comfortable with being a ‘one man orchestra’ when needed.
- High attention to details, doing repetitive tasks well.
