Digital Specialist

Belgrade

Duties of this role include:

• Managing all digital marketing of the company and activities within the marketing and sales department.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEM, direct, video, social media, online media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against set goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create digital assets and optimize user experience and sales
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end audience experience across multiple channels and touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Working closely with Medical and Operations departments on joint activities.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Preferred requirements for this role are:

• Advanced knowledge and experience in performance marketing tools, channels and strategies
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing technologies
• Minimum of 3 year in a Digital Marketing role, ideally in an agency or a medical or pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant studies such as Google, Facebook, IAB DIMAQ certificates etc.
• Proven track record in successfull creation and execution of digital marketing activities
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Positive and creative outlook
