Digital Strategy and Innovation Expert



  • Participate in creating strategy of digital channels
  • Translate the strategy in a detailed yearly roadmap
  • Research of current and future customer behavior trends in digital domain
  • Constantly gather best practice in serving customers remotely both from telecommunication as well as from other industries and propose ways how to apply those in Telenor
  • Give proposals for innovative products and services and execute on relevant projects
  • Propose needed customer researches, and participate in them with other relevant teams
  • Implement lean ux approach in identifying problems to be solved for digital customers
  • Give support in setting KPIs for sales, care and presentational digital channels
  • Facilitate discussions on mechanisms to achieve KPIs throughout organization
  • Together with other KPI responsible teams create proposals for achieving digital KPIs
  • Lead projects from the strategic roadmap
  • Strive to enable all Telenor services/products to be available online
  • Closely cooperate with relevant teams members on constant improvement of digital channels
  • Creating projects for stimulating shift from traditional to digital channels


  • Bachelor’s / Master degree in economy / organization / engineering / management / social sciences or similar, but most importantly you can document results from earlier job/jobs
  • Work experience of 2 to 4 years, preferably in similar position
  • Work experience with digital products and services will be strong advantage
  • Understanding of marketing and digital strategy, as well as requirements set in front of digital channels in the future
  • Understanding long term needs of customers/visitors, internal stakeholders and the company
  • Understanding company’s business goals and role of digital channels in achieving them
