Dib Hotels is growing tremendously and now looking for Director of Sales to participate in direct sales and to further grow our base of corporate travel clients.

Responsibility:
Dibhotel, offers corporations a unique travel platform with the main focus for corporations to save time and money when booking travel.
Our platform caters to all kinds of companies and organisations and is completely free of charge. Today Dibhotel is helping a large amount of companies around the world with their travel needs.
As a Director of Sales, your main task is to source and find corporations in Serbia with travel and hotel needs and promote DIBhotel.com as their preferred travel platform. You will be sourcing, booking meetings and building relationships, as well as representing Dibhotel in meetings and on trade shows.
Your main focus is understanding the travel needs of the corporation and building the service of Dibhotel around this.
What will you be doing & What skills are needed?
Corporate companies: Identifying and building key relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
Effective communication: You are able to express yourself and your communication to a large array of both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisations.
Result Driven: Enjoys to work against set sales and budget goals, thrives in achieving and beating targets
Managing your market: You will be managing Serbia and Belgrade as a market, identifying trends, and activities connected to the corporate travel market.
Win-Win: Service and win - win value for corporate clients is key, and you will identify their needs and match Dibhotel to meet these.
Team: Working closely with our partner services and hotel department creating value and top service for our corporate clients.
Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in travel trade industry, specialised on corporate sales, either in Hotels or Corporate Travel Agency
- Team management skills
- Fluent Serbian and English speaker
- Pro-active, strong sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently
- Accurate, strong analytical skills and eye for detail.
- Strong sales drive and a winning attitude.
- Creative in every aspect of the sales process
- Hotel School or University background preferred
- Drivers license
