Dispatcher - Forwarding & Freight Auditing
We are looking for a new colleague in the Logistics department at our location in Pančevo.

Your tasks as Dispatcher - Forwarding & Freight Auditing:
- Compilation of daily deliveries in SAP incl. notification
- Preparation of transport documents incl. export and customs documents for third countries
- Deadline monitoring as well as processing of consignment requests and complaints
- Organization of special trips, express freight and air freight according to customer specifications
- Special handling, e.g. machine loading and customs inspection
Your profile as Dispatcher - Forwarding & Freight Auditing:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training with first professional experience
- Knowledge of freight forwarding
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Self-initiative, reliability, team spirit, sociable attitude for internal and external communication
- Good written and spoken English language skills
