What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ year in dispatching. You’re not a rookie, but we’re not looking for a road warrior either—just someone who knows how to keep things on track.
- Language Skills: Must speak English at a minimum B2 level (bonus points if you’re fluent in trucker slang!).
- Know Your Stuff: Familiarity with FMCSA rules , safety procedures and HOS ( Hours of Service) is a must (safety first, folks!).
- Driver Whisperer: You’re great at building relationships and keeping things cool with our drivers.
- Office Vibes: We’re a friendly, mostly-male team, but we’d love to bring in more women to mix things up! Gender equality is our jam.
- On-Site Only: We keep things in-house! So if you're looking to work remotely, this one's not for you.
