Job duties of this position may include:
- Develops and implements the Project Document Management Plan
- Develop Document Management procedures to meet project execution requirements Operating as part of the project Document Management team
- Responsible for maintaining / supporting project’s document management system and procedures
- Utilizes the standard Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Aconex, to register, control, distribute, transmit, file and archive project records.
- Ensures project schedules are met with regard to processing documents. (24-48hr) turnaround
- Ensures documents are properly accessed, stored, and retrieved as needed.
- Maintains effective communication with other project team members, the owner, and field personnel to ensure quality and schedule
- As required, tracks Document Management progress and generates metrics for Project consumption
- Keeps informed of department technologies, techniques, and services. Works well in a team environment.
- Maintain strong organizational skills, and attention to detail which is imperative. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy team environment.
- Execute the printing and assembly of various print requests.
Job knowledge, qualifications and experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite, i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc. Experience with Aconex EDMS.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and to accuracy. Ability to work on own initiative
- Experienced in report generation and presentation Sophisticated written and oral communication skills
- Must possess and demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy, team environment.
