Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative & SEO
Overview:
As a customer service representative, you will interact with Dutch-speaking customers in order to assist them with their inquiries about products or orders. You will also handle and resolve complaints, and deal with record-keeping and basic accounting information in the system.
In addition, you will be responsible for optimizing content to Dutch for retail-store needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and make calls, chat live, and answer e-mails regarding orders or products while viewing and updating account information
- Research and resolve inquiries via payment systems and other media to respond to customer requests
- Good writing and translating skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch
- Active use of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office, Internet
- Attention to detail, patience, and good listening skills
- Articulate and confident
- Friendly, responsible, and with an engaging personality
- Great time-management and organizational skills, able to meet deadlines
