E-marketing Specialist for Serbia and Montenegro

Location: Belgrade

Responsibilities:

• Defining yearly strategy plans and tactics on how to contribute to sales and recruitment results while cooperating and coordinating with media and production agency.
• Developing tracking media plans and campaigns while optimizing media campaigns efficiency for paid and organic traffic streams of Avon web sites. Defining the most suitable channels and tactics to achieve Avon digital REP recruitment KPIs.
• Monitoring report feeds from Facebook Business manager as well as AdWords account whilst setting the right path with the digital media agency to ensure high media efficiency and goal conversion rate.
• Daily observing of analytics trends through Omniture Analytics, Regional & local sales reporting.
• Creating interaction experiments for A/B testing, surveys and Lead generation along with external conversion optimization tools to develop customer and field engagement.
• Following Digital and e-content marketing trends, creating & proposing strategy upgrades, apps localization and tests of new performance marketing tools.
• Creating Customer & Rep engagement content and landing pages using subcontractors, following field feedback and engagement strategy to ensure useful, sustainable, engaging UX and SEO proficient content building.
• Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing initiatives in Serbia and Montenegro.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three up to five years of experience in digital marketing
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, RTB networks, Facebook Ads, Social Media etc.
• Strong analytical skills a must
• Google AdWords and Analytics Certifications are a plus
• Excellent eye for details, creativity above all
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proactive attitude
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent English skills, both written and oral
