EFW Maintenance administrator

Duties:

• Organizes, overviews and provides the administrative workflow of the EfW maintenance activities
• Administration and follow-up of Purchase flow of all maintenance related EfW services, contracts and non-stock material supplies
• Supporting EfW Maintenance Team with administration of work-orders management via CMMS
• The registration, reporting and follow-up of timesheets, holidays, overtime, sick leaves, absences,  activities of duty, expense notes etc.. of the EfW Maintenance Team
• Supporting the warehouse administration
• Collection, administration and processing of maintenance data and the preparation of integrated reports
• Preparation and follow-up of  Purchase requests through CMMS system
• The support of the EfW Maintenance Manager with the technical maintenance administration.
• The contract management of maintenance related non-process administrative services area [e.g. maintenance workshop infra with stationary and IT equipment, EfW site green area,  ….] via CMMS
• The translation of technical documents from the English language into Serbian
• Other administrative tasks

Qualifications / Requirements:

• High school degree in technical or other related field
• English : advanced level
• MC office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
