We are English residence (Shanxi Ze Ran education) in Xian China and we help Chinese licensed schools to recruit foreign teachers from all countries over the world. We helped more than 500 schools to have hired suitable teachers successfully last year. Ee are hiring 1000 qualified teachers for 2019. We are seeking an ESL Teacher to tech English in China to join our team and we provide all teachers legal working visa.

Students Age: 4-12 usually
Average Class Size: 10 students    

Responsibilities:

• Manage and educate students in a classroom setting
• Teaching English language with our materials
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Adhere to established teaching curriculums
• Maintain positive relationships with students and parents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Criminal background check 
• Oral English well speakers
• Previous experience in teaching or other educational fields is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to build rapport with students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
