English/Spanish International Customer Care Coordinator

The goal of this position is to support learners, partners and ISUS ​​team members by providing a single point of contact for coordination and the highest possible quality of support around the world.

Responsibilities include:

  • That was the point of contact for our learners located worldwide, Ensuring their satisfaction and covering their specific needs
  • To act as a liaison with our partners, offering ongoing support
  • Coordinating classes for our international business partners and clients all over the world
  • To be responsible for our global team of Online Language Trainers responding to any issues that concern the coordination of their classes, payments, scheduling, availability, etc.

Administration Skills:

  • Helping with administrative procedures in some cases
  • Preparing reports and coordinating communication
  • Working closely with the client's HR representative to Ensure customer quality
  • Assisting with the payments of trainers on a monthly basis

Key Skills:

  • Someone who is well organized, manages their time well, efficient, decisive, and assertive
  • Someone who has excellent capabilities for management and logistics
  • Someone who is used to working with timetable and against deadlines
  • Someone who is outgoing and has great communication skills, both written and oral

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Must be proficient in English and Spanish and preferably have a high level of a third or fourth language
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Must have excellent computer skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently
  • Must be result oriented, self-motivated and a team player
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
