Expert Buyer for Market and Services

• Execute negotiation strategy for procurement category market and services (marketing, sales, online media, outsourced services)
• Independently negotiate for the procurement of goods and services in accordance with the business needs and company buying strategy
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Sourcing and Procurement concepts – such as supplier identification and management, category management, spend analysis, P2P transactions – and the levers to drive improvements and increase corporate value.
• Execute transparent and compliant vendor selection process in accordance with Procurement and Compliance guidelines through RFI/RFQ/RFP/ Agile procurement strategies
• Meet challenging KPIs:  Initiate, lead and participate in cost saving activities
• Execute Procurement performance and the implementation of Procurement strategies, contracts and / or agreements negotiated by the Group
• Evaluate current vendors to ensure performance is aligned with established specifications, work on improvements
• Develop a dynamic working relationship with numerous suppliers
• Get familiar with new relevant trends in area you are covering, driving new topics, ideas and projects
• Cooperate/communicate with all internal stakeholders in order to achieve common goals
• Create & follow up with action plan on reports and maintain sourcing documentation

If you have:

• University degree
• At least 5 years of working experience in procurement area
• SAP knowledge as an advantage
• Fluency in English; written and spoken
• Excellent MS Office skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Previous work experience in procurement within Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR and general outsourced services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of market including supplier base, general industry information and cost drivers
• Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize & complete multiple projects in a timely manner
