This person will be responsible for creating system orders regarding fixed services / FNP requests (Output of the request is prepared and delivered documentation to the requester or fulfilled system order E2E) that are requested from Business Sales , Business Contact Center, Advanced Customer Support, etc. This person will monitor and control integrity of imported data and regularly report on successfully handled requests. Besides that, contact relevant departments within BU and TnCO to resolve nonstandard requests and administrative issues in case of unexpected situations and problems; and will order, control and monitor requests toward business partners regarding cloud solutions. In situation of excessive workload the FMC Service Delivery and Quality Specialist will assist the team in handling operations.
FMC Service Ordering and Quality Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Set up the revised Business Sales fixed processes;
- Establish new business sales processes and procedures;
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smoothly running system workflow and FNP requests & relations;
- Coordinate internally within Telenor BU (Business Sales, Customer Care, Frontline Support and Technology) and TnCO in order to provide quick, accurate and qualitative response upon received request;
- Ensure SLAs both internal and external;
- Devise escalation matrix to provide support to operations’ teams
- Report on Quantity and Quality of received requests for system support;
- Represent Business Sales in the Business Support forums to develop Business Sales related processes and guidelines;
- Take initiatives to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in all role related activities and procedures;
- Provide feedback to Advanced Solutions on issues and trends;
- Regular controlling and reporting upon integrity of imported data
- Creating migration orders in order to complete transitions between old and new service inventories
Requirements:
- University/college degree preferable
- Knowledge of the Telecommunication/IT industry
- Prior experience in Customer Care, Sales or Fixed/ADSL/ISP area and Fixed Number Portability process is preferable
- Understanding of CRM processes and systems
- Fluent in English
