FP&A Assistant Manager - Cash flow, Capital and Projects
(Location: GBS Belgrade)
Basic Function:
This role reports to the Director Finance Planning & Analysis (AMEA) and is critical in terms of leading the Regional Cash flow, Capital and other Projects.
Key accountabilities are:
- Lead the Regional Cash flow management and analysis;
- Monthly Reporting
- Balance sheet and Cash flow management
- Annual Operating Plans and Forecasts
- Capital Projects;
- Business Support for major capital projects
- Monthly Reporting
- Annual Operating Plans and Forecasts
- Finance Transformation
- Key member of the project team in liaising and delivering on the project charter.
- Maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records
- Maintenance of comprehensive set of controls
The role will be based in Belgrade, Serbia. The work week will be Monday to Friday with flexibility required to align with Dubai Regional Office working days.
Reports to: Director - Finance Planning & Analysis (AMEA)
Main tasks:
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead the Regional Cashflow;
- Monthly Reporting
- Balance sheet and Cash flow management
- Annual Operating Plans and Forecasts
- Strengthen internal & SOX controls and help in improving processes.
Capital Projects:
- Business Support for major capital projects
- Creating Financial models, calculating and presenting main project indicators (EVA, Payback)
- Monthly Reporting and driving annual Operating Plans and Forecasts
- Strengthen internal & SOX controls and help in improving processes.
Finance Transformation:
- Key link between AMEA FP&A and Project lead
- Liaising and delivering on the project charter.
Requirements:
Education and Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant, CPA or Cost and Management Accountant
- University Degree in Finance
Previous experience
- 3-7 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment with exposure to;
- FP&A functions
- SAP / Hyperion / HFM environment.
- US GAAP and SOX
Skills and Competencies
- Experience of working in multicultural and matrix organization
- Ability to work independently and strong team player.
- Developed interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with different sets of people.
- Able to evaluate, act and communicate on time.
- Proactive with can-do attitude.
- Developed corporate influencing ability.
- Advanced SAP and Excel skills
- Previous experience of using Hyperion / HFM highly desirable
