Facility Associate
Belgrade
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Managing front desk, receiving incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Providing full office support to the local team
- Organization and coordination of office work: administration, correspondence (mail and post), preparation of various reports
- Correspondence with business partners and service providers
- Handling office procurement
- Submitting and reconciling facilities expense reports
- Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
- Coordinates the maintenance of office equipment and office space
- Additional daily duties per request
Person specifications/competencies required:
- University degree preferable
- Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager/ executive or Administrative assistant, minimum 3 years
- Excellent communication skills in Serbian and English
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements together with independence in work
- Active driver (B category) with clean driving history
