Your new role – challenging and future oriented
- Ensures the factory controlling for Subotica incl. shared service activities for Wind Business is in accordance with the Controlling standards, policy and procedures
- Adopts and adjusts the relevant controlling processes and procedures
- Arranges planning, control and revision, prepares reports and sends comments on the reports related to the actual situation in comparison with the planned one
- Monitors, comments financial activity of the factory, performs KPI analyses
- Manages and supports team of Controlling Professionals
- Prepares other reports on special requests
- Knowledge and respect of The Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines
- Knowledge and monitoring of all company and legal procedures relevant for the assigned field
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar position
- Computer literacy (able to use advanced functions of MS Office, especially Excel)
- Advanced SAP user
- Proficiency in English, German language knowledge will be considered a plus
- Great coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong analytical skills and result orientation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
