Techron Group (China) designs and manufactures a wide range of products for the automotive industry, for classical combustion and New Energy Vehicles. In China, the group has four factories and two R&D centres (see www.techron-auto.com/fzlc). Due to it's success with customers such as Audi, Porsche, Mercedes and Volkswagen, the company is now creating a highly automated European factory in Inđija, Serbia. The new production site is scheduled to be operational by June 2026.
At present we are recruiting a Factory Manager who will set-up and lead the operations of this facility.
Main tasks:
- Overall responsible for quality and on-time delivery
- Management of workflow and employees
- Communication with management in Germany and China
- Building up the operations from scratch to ca. 40 employees
Required profile:
- Senior industrial production manager
- Good command of English
- Right experience to manage automotive plastic parts production
- Understanding of and commitment to quality management and on-time delivery
- Willingness to travel to China for training
- Self-confident and result-oriented person with a hands-on approach
