Our client is an international company specialized in sales and service of CNC machine tools, lathes and machining centers. To support the expansion of their business in Serbia, Adecco is seeking highly motivated candidates for the following position:

Field Service Technician for CNC Machines

(Serbia)

As a Field Service Technician you will have the skills necessary to for good communication and the mechanical and electrical knowledge to repair, troubleshoot, modify and test complex technical problems. Extensive travel within a set geographical area is required, mostly North and Central parts of Serbia.

Required qualifications:

• College or high school degree in Technical science
• Knowledge of mechanics, electronics and hydraulics
• Prior experience with operating, programming or maintenance of CNC machines
• Good knowledge of English language (both oral or written)
• Valid driving license B category, active driver
• Able to travel domestically and on regular daily basis, with occasionally visit to Slovenia or Croatia when needed

Main responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of CNC-Machines and equipment
• Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site warranty service, repair service and maintenance service
• Resolving problems and providing technical support to end customers
• Providing training on using and operating CNC-machines for customer’s employees
• Providing support to technical sales/commercial activities when requested
