Finance Controller

Purpose of job:

Finance Controller will be responsible for development, management and operations of the planning and controlling department and includes budgets, forecasting, management, and Group Reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain and improve the financial controls framework for the business, manual of authorities, ownership of all income statement line items and balance sheet line items reported to the business
• Co-ordination of the Planning Process
• Provide business with relevant financial support to enable effective planning and business management
• Challenge budget submissions and seek synergies upon their consolidation
• Responsible for monthly and annual financial statements preparation for management and Group according to existing local laws and regulations and group requirements, in time and accurately
• Prepare regular quarterly forecast for P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow, ad-hoc analysis and reports
• Maintain permanent contact with the Group controlling department and prepare required financial and operational statements
• Responsible for all ad hoc financial analysis per request of CFO, CEO and the Group Management

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance Management or Economics
• Minimum 2 year experience in the Controlling area
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Effective team worker; very good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Focused on and flexible to meet deadlines
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Proactive approach
• Excel advance user
• Fluent English
