Finance & HR Assistant

Requirements
- University degree, preferable in business or social sciences
- 2+ years of working experience
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English, German language is a plus
- Advanced PC literacy is a must
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an international environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to propose improvement solutions for HR department
- Independent and analytical thinking
- Reliability, high work motivation and cultivated appearance
- Ability to manage stressful and difficult situations
- Ready to continuously improve knowledge
Responsibilities
- Processing of incoming invoices;
- Inserting incoming and outcoming invoices and bank statements into the accounting software;
- Preparing payments;
- Internal and external documents delivering;
- Organization and update of human resources documentation;
- Preparing of the employment agreements and annexes of the employment agreements upon Employer’s request;
- Checking documentation for registration of future employees;
- Management of vacations and vacation schedules, keeping records of temporary prevention from work, including all supporting documentation;
- Keeping records of employees;
- Preparation of statement lists for salaries and transportation costs of the employees and archiving of salary documentation;
- Making travel orders and necessary decisions regarding business trips;
