Finance Manager
to join our team, Belgrade
The Finance Manager will be responsible for TSG’s financial health, advising on and assisting in the distribution of TSG’s financial resources. You will drive the budget / forecast preparation, provide relevant financial analysis and sound recommendations to support the company’s strategic business plans and drive business results, specifically:
- Management and optimization of financial and accounting activities
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and managing cash flow
- Ensuring compliance with local legislation and HQ requirements
- Support all heads of departments in operating in line with company’s annual financial strategy
- Maintain financial policies and procedures for TSG
- Collaborate with external consultants where required on legal, tax, financial and other matters to ensure compliance with legal obligations
- Prepare and present financial reports to board members, shareholders and management
- Follow global economic trends and advise management on potential risks and opportunities
Qualifications and skills
- 4+ years of internal audit, controlling, finance experience
- Fluent English
- Minimum BA University degree in economics and finance
- Experience at multinational corporations is preferred
- Strong planner with good analytical skills, excellent communication and detail-orientated
