Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with reputable regional company with over 10 years of experience in providing the market with high quality products and services, to find:
- Strategically planning and managing activities of finance and accounting department
- Supervise, coach and train finance and accounting teams
- Preparation of annual operating plans and forecasts
- Managing, reviewing and monitoring budget
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
- Manage of the company controlling system, maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Leading the reporting activities as well as forecast and annual plan process (capex, balance sheet and cash flow)
- Preparing reports according to International Financial Standards
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
The successful applicant:
- University degree;
- Minimum 10 years of experience on similar roles (Big 4 experience is preferred);
- Experience in all finance activities, including controlling and accounting;
- Strong leadership and managerial skills;
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken;
- PC literacy.
