Main duties and responsibilities
Accounting:
- Review accounting vouchers in time;
- Make cost calculation report; Inspect IC\AC report;
- Prepare financial budget and tracking budget implementation;
- Work with external audit such as final settlement of income tax, annual audit;
- Prepare assets list; In charge of stock and fixed assets inventory.
Management and Analysis:
- Supervision and feedback of abnormal situations in accounting;
- Review various of contracts; Timely identify internal risk; Improve internal control system;
- Responsible for analyzing financial results with respect to margin/cost/profits, and monitor the financial performance of business against approved budget.
- Cooperate with group tax department to deal with some tax issues
- Build up the competence and capability of local finance team;
- Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in field of finance in manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive industry;
- Understand the production process and cost accounting mode of industrial enterprises;
- Familiar with national preferential policies;
- Familiar with budgeting principles and methods;
- Ability of observation, analysis and communication;
- Master the knowledge of asset management.
