Work you will do:

Your role as an Associate in Corporate Finance will be to focus on working closely with Corporate Finance experienced professionals that will help you gain in-depth deal experience and understanding of transaction structures, significant responsibility and client exposure.

Your work will primarily be focused on Infrastructure and Capital Projects as well as buy-side and sell-side M&A (mergers and acquisitions) advisory mandates. You will be responsible for development of financial models and other client deliverables (such as Value-for-Money analysis, Teasers, Information Memorandum, Financial Feasibility Studies etc.) and supporting senior team members in structuring and execution of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Concessions and M&A projects as well as meeting client requests in various corporate finance advisory engagements.

Corporate Finance team, part of Financial Advisory, provides a broad spectrum of Corporate Finance Advisory Services to public and private clients from multiple industries. Our services, among others, include Infrastructure and Capital Projects Advisory, Valuation and Modeling, Transaction Services, M&A Advisory and advisory services related to other strategic corporate finance decisions.

Ideal candidate’s qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field from a reputable university
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, financial statement analysis and cash flow projections
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and proven track record as a team member in corporate finance advisory
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Superior skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English language skills
• Professional certificates (such as CFA, ACCA, ASA etc) will be considered as an advantage
